The McGillicudy Build
This one was more than just a paint job. This bike came to us as a client’s father’s motorcycle, originally brought in for paint. Once we got into it, it was clear it needed a lot more than color to bring it back the right way. Between parts, planning, and timing, the project ended up sitting on the back burner for a couple of years. This year, he turned 60 — and his wife wanted to do something special for him. So we teamed up behind the scenes, kept it quiet, and brought the bike back to life. His dad always said “Your a good man McGillicudy” so we painted it with a very faint white pearl to give it a personal touch that you only see when the light hits it just right. Some builds are about horsepower. Some are about paint. This one was about family, memories, and giving a bike a second life. It’s not just a motorcycle. It’s his dad’s bike. It’s a birthday surprise. And now it’s ready for a new chapter.
