Ornery Ape for '24-'26 Road Glide | Harley Handlebars

The Ornery Ape Series is made for Harley riders who want the taller stance of ape hangers with a sharper KST profile. Its signature meat hook point, squared base, and slight radius through the rise give Road Glide builds an aggressive handlebar shape that still follows the natural lines of the bike. The added height helps improve leverage and control while giving riders a more open hand position.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

• Designed specifically for the all new 2023 CVO and 2024 through 2026 Road Glide models.
• Manufactured out of 304 stainless steel 1.5" diameter tubing.
• Signature custom point on top, often referred to as a meat hook, with a squared-off corner at the base and a slight radius in the rise.
• Notched and slotted for internal wiring.
• Offered in High Gloss Black or Polished Stainless Steel. High Gloss Black powder coating is from the same supplier used by Harley-Davidson.
• Specs: 1.5" diameter, 34" tip to tip, 8.5" pullback (35-degree angle).
• Available in 10", 12", and 14" on the product page; 16" is available by special order.
• Can be purchased pre-wired with KST's '24-'26 Fully Pre-Wired option and with a 4" clutch extension.
• 10" and 12" can be installed with stock brake, clutch, and electrical. 14" requires a clutch extension.
• The riser on the '24-'26 sits approximately 2.5" higher than the previous 2015-2023 Road Glide models, so a 10" sits approximately like the previous 12", and a 12" approximately like the previous 14".
• 2024-2026 CVO ST: Using KST's 3" CVO ST risers with a 12" bar requires a clutch extension.

INSTALLATION OPTIONS

Fully Pre-Wired: KST extends the electrical harness to accommodate handlebars up to 16 inches tall and routes it through the bars before shipment. Once the handlebars arrive, connect the switch controls, plug the harness into the motorcycle, and complete the remaining installation.

Upper Clutch Cable / 4" Clutch Extension: Replaces the factory upper clutch cable with a quick-connect cable designed for the required handlebar height. It connects directly to the existing lower cable section.

Fully Pre-Wired and 4" Clutch Extension: Includes both installation upgrades for a more complete installation package.
